Force India vient de signer un accord important avec un nouveau partenaire, la société BWT. Spécialiste européenne du traitement et des technologies liées à l’eau, cette entreprise devrait verser entre 15 et 20 M€/an à l’écurie dont le patron est Vijay Mallya.
Sergio Pérez et le français Esteban Ocon devront porter une combinaison rose également. Non sans humour, Nico Hülkenberg, qui a quitté Force India pour le Renault Formula 1 Team a déclaré sur son compte Twitter :
« Maintenant, vous comprenez enfin pourquoi j’ai décidé de quitter Force India ! »
Rappelons que la Force India VJM10 est motorisée par un Power Unit Mercedes.
